Please review our terms and conditions for using our services.
Service Agreement
By requesting service from JCB Logistics, you agree to our terms of service. We provide heavy duty auto repair services based on these terms.
Estimates are provided free of charge for diagnostic services. Repair quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of estimate.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
For fleet accounts, standard payment terms are Net 15. Accounts over 30 days may incur service restrictions until balances are resolved.
Warranty Policy
We warranty our workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Parts are warranted according to manufacturer warranties.
Warranty claims require the original repair order and may require inspection at our facility. Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear items.
Liability
JCB Logistics is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, normal wear items, or damage resulting from customer negligence or third-party repairs.
Vehicles are stored at owner's risk. We carry insurance for work-related damage but are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
Appointments and Cancellations
We ask for 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. No-show appointments may incur a diagnostic fee.
Unclaimed vehicles after 30 days of completed repair may be subject to storage fees and potential lien procedures per Georgia state law.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of current terms at the time of service.
